2 to 20 GHz Wideband GaN Power Amplifier
MACOM’s wideband 10 W GaN-on-SiC power amplifier, suitable for electronic warfare, communications, radar and test instrumentation applications requiring high output power and broad frequency coverage.

AlGaAs Hot Via Technology

This demonstration highlights MACOM's RF-over-Fiber portfolio, including lasers, photodiodes, TOSAs and ROSAs supporting applications across L-, S-, C-, X- and Ku-Band frequencies, as well as FSO communication systems.
